1 General

These terms of use apply to the use of Leipurin Oyj's, hereinafter referred to as Leipurin, online services. Certain online services may also be subject to additional terms. Leipurin's online services herein refer to all services available on the Internet owned by Leipurin Oyj. Services include, for example, websites, applications, forms, online magazines, software, and all other functions closely related to websites. Users must accept Leipurin's website terms of use in order to use Leipurin's online services.

2 Use of Leipurin's Websites

Copying, transferring, distributing, or storing any part of the website's content in any form is prohibited without prior written permission from Leipurin. Users have the right to utilize parts of the online services for private use, provided that Leipurin's reputation or business is not harmed and that any copy or printout taken for private use includes all copyright notices or other proprietary notices and disclaimers associated with such information. The user of Leipurin's online service is responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient authorization to place orders on behalf of the company they represent. Leipurin is not responsible in any way for any exceeding of the user's authorizations.

When using Leipurin's online services, Leipurin is not responsible for the qualitative characteristics of the sites or their suitability for a particular purpose. Leipurin is not responsible for disruptions or interruptions of the sites or the programs therein. Leipurin is not responsible for the activities of other service providers. When moving to the websites of other service providers, the user must review and accept their respective terms of use before starting to use them. At the same time, the user acknowledges that the sites are not under the control of Leipurin, and Leipurin is not responsible for the material created or published on those sites. Placing an external link to the company's website also does not mean that Leipurin specifically endorses the products and/or services mentioned on those sites. When the user moves to third-party sites, the use of those sites is always at the user's own risk.

8 User-Generated Content

Leipurin gladly welcomes feedback and suggestions to develop services offered to its users. The user agrees that Leipurin has full rights to feedback and suggestions. Therefore, the user is not compensated for Leipurin's use of the material contained in feedback or suggestions.

By submitting material related to the online services to a third-party server designated by Leipurin Oyj, such as via email or through the online service, the material provider agrees to adhere to the following conditions:

a) The submitted material is not illegal, confidential, proprietary, or otherwise unsuitable for publication, and the material belongs to the sender, and/or the sender has the right to submit it to Leipurin Oyj.

b) Leipurin Oyj has the right to publish the submitted material as is or modified.

c) The sender is responsible for the publishability of the material.

d) The sender is liable if a third party makes claims against Leipurin Oyj regarding the submitted material.

e) The sender agrees not to make claims against Leipurin Oyj regarding the submitted material.

f) Leipurin has the right to publish the submitted material in whole or in part without any obligation or liability, and/or to include the material or part of it in its own products without any obligation or liability.

g) The sender agrees to make their best efforts to remove viruses and other contaminating or harmful features from the material before submitting it to Leipurin.

h) Leipurin reserves the right to transfer or remove the material submitted to Leipurin at any time and for any reason.
